Important Notice for Postulants

This is the last reminder for Postulants who joined us in January of 2015 that they need to apply for admission to the Novitiate before their one-year anniversary to avoid having their membership terminated as inactive.  Contact the Dean by phone or e-mail to arrange for the ceremony of induction.

2016 Calendars

We still have a few copies left of our two beautiful traditional Catholic wall calendars for 2016.  The first is black and white and contains full liturgical rubrics for every day of the year, making it easy to know not only what feastday it is, but also what the commemorations are at Mass and what colour vestments the priest will be wearing.  Days of fast are marked and instructions are provided on the rules of fast and other important things every Catholic should know.  Our liturgical calendar is $10.95 with free shipping.

Our second calendar is full-colour on glossy card stock, and features images of the cathedrals of Europe.  It contains the feastday for every day of the year, together with very clear color markings for holydays of obligatio and days of fast, making it a quick and easy reference to know what your duties are on any given day.  National holidays for the United States are also included.  Our colour calendar is $14.95 with free shipping.

Both calendars are available at Confraternity Books, the online bookstore of the Guild of St. Peter ad Vincula.

Prayer of Restoration

To be Recited Daily

Let us pray.

Almighty and Everlasting God, * we beseech thee to restore unto this world of sin * that faith which St. Peter thy first Pope and Prince of the Apostles * did once humbly confess; * and commit once more, * through thine infinite mercy, * the government of thy Church * unto a worthy Vicar of thy Son; * that he may be bestowed with such increase of all virtues * as may be pleasing in thy sight; * and that being so adorned, * he may lift from the Church and from all nations * the heavy weight of heresy * that presseth down upon us; * and rendering Christendom once more acceptable in thy sight, * may bring at length all nations * to render due homage at the feet of their divine King, * even Jesus Christ, thy Son our Lord, * who liveth and reigneth with thee, * in the unity of the Holy Ghost, * ever one God, * world without end. * Amen.

Pray for your Loved Ones and Support our Apostolate

We are aware how difficult it is today to find a priest to offer the traditional Latin Mass for your intentions.  To help you in this regard we are now accepting Mass intentions via this website.  This means that you can now have Mass offered for your loved ones, living and deceased, confident knowing that it will be offered according to the traditional Rite of Mass as stipulated by Pope St. Pius V and the Council of Trent.  And it couldn't be easier—simply complete the form below and click the submit button.  The form includes the ability to send us your Mass stipend either by credit card or directly from your PayPal account.

Would you like to support  our apostolate by having a Mass said by one of our priests?  Now, nothing could be simpler, and your financial contribution will help us to promote our cause.

To Request One or More Masses

Please complete the form below.  If you are submitting multiple intentions, make sure you specify for each Intention whether it is for the living or the deceased, a Catholic or non-Catholic, and whether any specific dates are requested for the Mass.  You may also include other pertinent information, such as the reason you wish the Mass to be offered, for example, a birthday or anniversary, illness, and so on.

To Send One or More Stipends

The normal current Mass Stipend is $20.00 (U.S. Dollars), which supports our priests in their daily apostolate.  Simply adjust the figure in the box on the form according to the number of Masses you wish to be offered, and may God answer all your prayers, and reward you for your support of The Guild of St. Peter ad Vincula.

To Know When Your Mass Will Be Said

Check the Dean's Mass Schedule every week on his Mission website to see when your Mass will be offered.  Masses are generally scheduled in the order the requests are received.  The Dean will try to accommodate requests for a Mass on a specific date, providing he is given sufficient advance notice (we suggest a minimum of one week).
